What about kids?

For ski passes from 1 to 8 consecutive days, children enjoy different discounts based on age.
A child (born after 30/11/2011) accompanied by a parent who purchases a multi-day ski pass at full list price, receives a free card equivalent (for duration and period) to that of the parent. Offer valid throughout the winter season. The proportion is always 1 to 1 (1 paying adult entitles you to 1 free child).
To purchase an unaccompanied ski pass, you can access the correct price range by selecting the "child" category.
NB: during the final phase of the purchase, on the credit card payment page, the free tickets will not be listed in the summary. They will however be issued.

Receipt And Confirmation?

The system will send an e-mail confirmation to the address used for registration which contains information relating to the purchase.

Is there any type of refund?

The opening of lifts and slopes is established by Management and the cost of a ski pass is not in direct relation to the number of lifts or slopes open to the public, but rather entitles the passholder to ski with at least two open facilities. The opening of all lift facilities nor the usability of all ski slopes is not in any way guaranteed.

In any case, the three lift companies are not responsible and will not provide any type of refund (complete or partial) nor will they substitute any type of ski pass should unpredictable events beyond their control occur (including but not limited to excessive wind, lack of snow, a sudden unpredictable technical problem, a sudden and unannounced electrical power failure), or competitive events or training sessions cause a partial or total closure of the lift facilities or certain ski slopes. The lift companies are also not responsible and will not provide refunds and/or compensation to skiers who incur expenses to return to their home address or departure point due to the closure of lift facilities during scheduled times announced at the departure stations or in advance, for reasons of force majeure.

Do the ski passes include an insurance?

During the purchase process you can choose whether to buy, together with the ski passes, also the insurance at the additional price of € 2.50 per day per person. For more information visit www.ski.it/it/assurance
